Huw Jones

Huw Jones is System Support Librarian for libraries@cambridge, offering services, support and training to libraries across Cambridge. His work includes data processing, database design, and the development of interfaces and tools to access and manipulate data.

Huw studied history at Manchester University before undertaking a graduate traineeship at Manchester Metropolitan University. Since moving to Cambridge he has worked at the Cory Library in the Botanical Gardens and Gonville and Caius College Library. He moved to the Electronic Systems and Services division in the University Library in 2004.

His other interests include poetry, walking and music.
